I started my bulk cycle today, let me know what you think about my diet plan.
Here are some stats first
6'1''
220 lbs
BF% Im guessing 12-14%
Meal 1
2 large whole eggs
8 egg whites
1 ½ cup oats
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 2 (Post workout)
50g whey/egg white
1 whole white bagel
Meal 3
8oz lean beef
2 cups brown rice
1 cup salad
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 4
8oz lean chicken breast OR 8oz ground turkey
10oz sweet potato
1 cup salad
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 5
8oz lean beef of your choice OR ground turkey weighed cooked
2 cups brown rice
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 6
8oz lean beef
1 cup salad
½ tablespoon olive oil
Ok looking for some ideas about this, specifically my fat intake (olive oil). I have read some conflicting opinions about having fat with carbs as carbs will spike insulin, which could exacerbate fat storage.
