Whats up guys, just started week 2 of my 2nd cycle, (500 Test E, 400 Deca/ last cycle was bunk). Anyway, my daily diet fluctuates slightly between meals, but remains similar to this:

Stats: 5'11, 202, 12% bf

Meal 1: 9am
1 whole egg, 4 egg whites
2 pieces of Ezekial bread
1 cup of oatmeal
glass of skim milk, w scoop of protein powder

Meal 2: 11:30am
8oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 greek yogurt

Meal 3: 2pm
7oz Fish (tilapia, haddock)
1 large sweet potato
handfull of almonds

Meal 4: 5pm
8oz chicken breast
2 slices of Ezekial bread
1 greek yogurt

Meal 5: 8pm (PWO)
50g whey protein, some glutamine, and creatine
And i drink half of this ABB XXL drink (roughly 450 calories, 1g of fat, etc) just for more calories

Meal 6: 10:30pm
7oz steak
1 cup white rice (or brown)
30g Casein protein powder

i know this diet may not be perfect, but im not looking to compete, just bulk up, looking to reach 225 on this cycle

looks good to me. only one question though, what is the ABB XXL drink? seems like it might be full of simple sugars. Never heard of it so I can't say, just worried about that.

Suggest brown rice for meal 6. also for meal 6, if you dont want to use casein powder, feel free to use cottage cheese.

best of luck

thanks for the feedback man, the XXL drink has 920 cals total, 50g protein, and 1g of fat. i only drink 1/4-1/2 per workout to increase caloric intake. it may not be the best option,

and ive tried cottage cheese, but cant stand it! haha

typo mate? 920 cals with 50 grams protein and 1 g of fat.

thats around 175 grams of carbs to fill the remaining.

taking this combined with the rest of the carbs in your diet seems like a very heavy carb ratio to me. i havent calculated it out, but whats your macro ratio for this? if you grow better on high carb, go for it. just something to watch out for
