Hows this deit for doing a cycle?

Hows this diet for doing a cycle?

Basically this is how my day goes for eating
Morning
bag of beef jerky
can of red bull
bag of peanuts right before lunch
Lunch
double oven roasted chicken breast wrap from subway
2 hours later
bag of peanuts
Dinner
2 scoops of whey 1hr later either 2 cans of tuna mixed with light mayo or another double oven chicken breast from subway.

Not sure how many grams of protein probably around 230-250g maybe more?

But thats just about what I stick to everyday except weekends get alil off but not too bad.

Is that a good diet for doing a cycle? cause I always read you gotta have your diet in check but then never read anything about what a "In check diet" is

oops I forgot I left out fruits and lots of asparagus.

But please tell me why its horrible and how should it be changed? Im here to learn

Subway not really a good choice either.

What are you trying to accomplish with your diet?
 
Bro you'd do much better having 6-12 eggs for breakfast. Of course this should come after you've had a protein drink and oatmeal...say an hour and a half later. Mid-morning I do a chicken breast with brown rice. Lunch....chiken breast and brown rice. Mid day snack, here is where your peanuts come in. prior to workout , say about an hour before I'd down a protein drink. Right after workout eat a protein and salad.

If you're not looking to gain weight drop the rice. This is a very dumbed down diet plan....complexity comes in when you're trying to eat something other than chicken and brown rice all the time. I say start with figuring up how much carb and protein calories you'll need and come up with a meal plan that provides that number.

Certainly there's a sticky here concerning diets......we've a couple of good ones over at IFL.

I always heard peanuts were good for ya?

Im trying to stay or lose weight but at the sametime not hurt my goal in gaining mass too.

I HATE eggs by the way.

so anything you guys can suggest to eat would be great.
Subways chicken breasts are damn good too. I dont get bread just the breast and a tortilla wrap with chipotle sauce, lettuce and pickels

can of red bull i would switch this out to full throttle. red bull has been shown to cause brain tumors
bag of peanuts right before lunch only if they are unsalted. you know, cause sodium is for the lose

Ok mang, im gonna be honest, that diet sucks. Try this on.

breakfast- 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, oatmeal with a scoop of whey mixed in, orange juice
mid morning- can tuna on a low carb wrap
Lunch-subway sub on whole wheat if you must OR preferrably Grilled fish and veggie
mid afternoon/pre workout- chicken breast, brown rice
post workout- 2 scoops whey in water, 1 scoop dextrose
dinner- steak, sweet potato, green veg
snack- peanuts or cashews

thats my cutting diet. when on a cycle i add alot more carbs and my evening snack of cashews turns into a gainer shake.
 
You hate eggs!! thats a bad start for breakfast. If you js hate the yolk just get rid of it I wouldnt say egg white have a strong taste to them you'd probs get away with throwing it in a shake with some bananas and milk that way your not having to eat them your just drinking them down give it a go.

Red Bull has to go it's nothing but sugar which i'd says okay if your gonna go kick your ass at the gym. but not for early mornin pick me up. why not go for a fresh juice drink or water.

I would have jerky as more of a snack than breakfast just to keep your system ticking.

well first off i dotn think ur cut out for the sport if u wanna gain mass and wont eat soething quick and high in protein liek eggs becasue u dont liek them...you think we all lovvvve eating 10 egg whites every morning....i eat 10 egg whites mixed with a cup of gritts....u think thats good...HELL NO...but at the end of my bulk and im up 25 pounds and about 5 is fat....im happy....so i say shove it down and complain after
