Hows this Lean Bulk diet plan looking gents??

So, I posted this in another area of the forums with no feedback, hoping this is the right place for some help with my current diet. New to the forums so any feedback is appreciated.
Stats: 6ft 197lbs, 27 years old, 12% BF (Caliper Tested)
Goals: currently on week 7 of a 12 wk sust/masteron cycle at 500/400PW. This is my 3rd cycle, first two were test only at 500mg PW (several years ago) Started current cycle at 185lbs with a goal weight of 205.Want to be as big and strong as possible while still maintaining my ability to run/swim etc. Due to my job requirements (military) Strength and definition are continuing, but I have stopped gaining much mass over the past two weeks.
Diet:
6AM 1cup brown rice, 8 egg whites
7AM- Cardio/swim
0830 - GNC rebuilt mass protein shake, fruit/nut bar
0930 - 5 oz. fajita steak, .5cups pinto beans,1 raw bell pepper
1200 - 1.5 cups spaghetti noodles plain 3 whole eggs 6 links pork sausage
1300 - Gym/Lifting
1400 - 4 egg whites, whole raw bell pepper, large sweet potato
1600 - 3 venison tacos (deer meat) (8 oz) , 2 cups mixed veggies\ 2 cups yellow corn
1800 - 4 egg whites, 1 cup brown rice
2000 GNC lean shake
Totals: 4000cal / 280g protein/ 380g carbs/ 150g fat this is my log from yesterday, it varies but I am always close to these totals and try to eat every 2 hours
Any input on the diet and or cycle is much appreciated. Looking to break through what seems like a plateau here in week 7 of this cycle.

I was 200 when i started bulking.. im 6'0 also. Was intaking 3800 cals a day, And had a very lean bulk.
Sitting a 220 and have burned quite a bit of fat in the process.

Your diet looks pretty good, everyone is different so you will have to adjust and find out what works for you.
I would say Add more whole eggs in the breakfast.. that is the best protein you can consume.

6 pork sausage links?? try out some lean ground beef and get your fats from almonds, walnuts or olive oil.
 
You don't mention your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). That's an important piece to the puzzle as 4000cals a day can either be a cut, a maintenance, or a bulking level but depends on your TDEE to figure that out.

You eat egg whites to whole eggs at a 5:1 ratio which isn't necessarily a bad thing but egg yolks do contain a lot of Eva's (cage free and range fed especially), biotin, choline, and a host of other nutrients you're missing out on. Besides that your diet looks pretty diverse which is great. Only thin I'll add is that get a diverse intake of fruits and veggies as micronutrient levels indifferent fruits and veggies differ and will help you get a more complete micro profile.
 
^ agreed. I would deff throw some dark green veggies in there spinach, green beans, etc. Also figure out your BMR and TDEE to best calculate what to expect from your diet. Good luck.
 
Thanks for the feedback guys! Just switched out the sausage for turkey, and upping my whole eggs as well. As far as this cycle goes, Is it safe to assume the mass gains will be reduced with the masteron, but more quality and keepable? I know im not holding any water, and my muscles are hard as a rock.
