Hpta time between restarts

How much time should you wait between restart protocols?
Can you do restart after restart with no time between?
Or you must wait 1 month to clear your system.
Restart with hcg nolva and clomid

If my car was broken, I wouldent stare at it for a month before fixing it. But I also wouldn't continue to fix the same part over and over if it didn't work the first time.

The first one didnt give the best results because i took only hcg and nolva ( no clomid). But the good thing is that i respond test from 180 went 400. I feel much better than before.

For three weeks i am not taking anything. And i am still feel ok. Not great but better.

When I used it, Nolvadex was as effective as Clomid, without the side effects. Everyone is different though. I never used HCG for a restart, but I believe it has a suppressive effect on the HPTA. I think most use it at the start to get testies going, but stop it well before stopping the Clomid and/or Nolvadex.

I am thinking this protocol as a restart:

Hcg eod 1500 ( total 7 shots x 1500)
Clomid eod 50mg (morning) for 45 days
Nolvadex ed 20mg ( night) for 45 days

1)What do you think about this, Should i make some changes?
2) I have not take anything for three weeks should i start now or wait ?
3) except acne, mood change , and maybe low libido inside protocol should i be afraid for something else?
4) Should i take some protection for my liver?
5) vitamins?

I know i have a lot of questions but i really need some help from you guys. I want this time to make it right. I believe that i can make my natural comeback even if i fail, it will worth trying.

Some stats for me.

Age 25
Height 1,87cm
Weight 81 kg
Bf 12%
4 times training per week with heavy weights
diet is perfect. ( i am personal trainer and i have take some seminars also in nutrition)

hCG suppresses your HPTA. You should not use it during a restart (PCT). Like Jim said, it can be used prior to running a SERM(s) to "prime" the testicles for the restart.

When your testicles are ready and it is time to work on restarting your pituitary you will want to run Clomid or Nolva or both of them. Try running this for about 4-6 months. Then check blood work about two months afterwards to see if it worked. You may want to check blood work during the restart too to see how well it is working and make sure estradiol isn't too high.

It isn't about "feeling sex again". A restart is about get your HPTA working again.

25 mg ED clomid or 50 mg 3 times a week is standard HRT dose. Some feel ok with 12.5 mg ED clomid.

I've also seen Clomiphene - 25mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 3 months.. Blood test 6 weeks later..

What's most important in the restart is hitting TT of 500 + ng / dl with HCG.....
then you do the Clomid after 3-4 days of stopping the HCG.

I will take 7shots x 1500 hcg eod
20 mg nolva ed ( previous restart it controlled estrogen nice when i was taking hcg)
After i finish hcg i will continue nolva and also i will add clomid25mg ed. I will keep updating here.
I have two last questions.
Can i continue taking creatine ?
Should i be awared for other health issues ? Heart , liver , kidneys?
