HRT and high triglyceride levels/low good cholesterol levels

Went in for my labs. Hormone stuff wasn't ready. Liver function, perfect. Kidney function, perfect. RBC etc no problems. Triglyceride levels were 619 (Normal range 35-190). Good cholesterol was 23 (Normal range 40-90). Bad cholesterol was normal and I believe the ratio betwen the two was 100 (Just handed the labs to a nurse at a different hospital so I'm not sure what the normal range is, but I fell in the middle)

Doctor says it's unlikely the 250mg a week of test/5000iu a week HCG (split into 2 injections). He says it was likely diet. He said my fat intake must be too high. But I monitor all my macros and my fat is 150 grams a day with about 25-30 grams being saturated fats. Being diabetic, carb control is also important. (P+C+F) for breakfast, (P+F) until the gym, protein only 30 minutes before the gym. 50 grams dextrose mid-workout (Or I wouldn't be able to finish) protein shake postworkout. 2 hours later my blood sugars are at the low end of the healthy range and I have (P+C) ratio of 1:1. 2 hours post meal my blood sugars are well within the normal range.

I'm at a cardiology specialty hospital now (I'm freaking out if you can't tell by my post already.) Any personal experiences? And I just started adding HIIT to my program last week. Hoping 'natural' changes will bring these levels down. Need to do something about my good cholesterol too.

What were your lipids at prior to beginning TRT?

Exogenous test can lower HDL. But it typically either has no effect or improves your LDL and Triglycerides.

LDL is the one that is the most important. So I wouldn't get to freaked out.

I can't remember the numbers other than they were all normal and my good cholesterol was high, which always made me happy. Doctor said the ratio was 5 between the cholesterols and while not good, not that bad either. She then looked up my tests I had at the hospital last spring and my triglyceride were 96. She was baffled since such a rise so fast isn't something she's seen. I had a cheatday before my labs last week. I asked the doctor before hand if this would affect the results. He said NO. The cardiologist here says YES. So, we're redoing some of the blood work before anything else. Unfortunately, yesterday I wasn't good about dinner (work and family stress) so who knows. She said I should redo the tests next week before a cheatday.

Google is telling me that your triglyceride levels shouldn't go up or down within days but this cardiologist says otherwise.

Worst case, they want to do a CT scan but that the muscle thickness in my chest and back will not like give them the best image...something I don't get. I thought that fat was what made xrays hard to do, not muscle.

I'm gonna get my old labs ASAP but as far as I know it's just the good cholesterol that had ever changed. That and my fasting blood sugar and h1ac going up about 2 years back, with no change in diet and exercise (4 days a week in the gym, restricted diet)
