I like turtles.
Pretty difficult to tell you what to do given such a vague description. If it's unconstituted, then you add bac water to the desired concentration. If it's premixed (which it kind of sounds like), then you don't need to - unless you want to dilute it for smaller concentrations per volume of injection.
