Humalog Insulin and IGF-1 LR3 Stack

I was wondering if it would be a good idea stack them both in the same day?

Say maybe IGF1 immediately post-workout and then taking the insulin 20 mins later?

No.. So.. you can took them togheter... but in this way:

Humalog post wo, after 20 min you tahe the IGF-1 50/100mcg (for insulin sensitizing) and you can grow faster
