^That's actually my bulking diet. I am not very strict when it comes to bulking. I figure it is easy enough to diet down, so I don't mind adding an extra bf% or two while I bulk. I just love burgers and pizza way too much.
Im with Easto on this one....I pretty much eat alot of meats and whatever....i do not go overboard on teh shit foods.....but splurge alittle bit here and there....
you might want to change up for diet a lil bit every day, give it some variety, getting a diet down is difficult, and eating the same foods and the same time of the day everyday can be difficult and discouraging after a while.
make a shake , and drink it right befor you go to bed everynight? try it for a week garuntee to put some weight on you. if you like and it works keep doing it if not, then stop.
