I suspect you are getting loss of libido and fatigued because you are injecting Sust once every 7 days and not using an AI. Classic high E2 symptoms is what you are experiencing.

As Teutonic said, Sust should be injected every other day since it has short esters in it. This evens out your Hormone levels so that you don't spike your E2 as much. But you still need an AI.

And please answer the specific questions posed to you many times. How old are you? Previous cycle experience? And what is your body fat %?

As for 21, your growth plates may be closed, but your endocrine system is still developing.

I have no cycle history. This is first. 10% body fat. What hormone levels did u ask? My T is over 1500. I dont know specific number. The lab cant read over 1500. My e2 was 47 and my prolactin is 15. I tried arimidex but it didnt increase my libido. I think this is from prop ester. Every injection, my injection site is swelling and in pain.

Btw, i must tell one thing. 2 weeks ago i injected sustanon but this time, i had no pain in injection site and no swelling and my libido was too high after this injection. I dont know why.

Your not doing anything consistently. So with all the variables going on, there's too much to pinpoint. Your not pinning on a consistent schedule, your not using an ai consistently. What else would you expect when your hormones are all over the place? It was strongly suggested that you stop using gear and move onto pct. Your mindset is more of an instant results type of thinking. It doesn't work like that at all. It's not like taking a tylenol for a headache. Considering the gear of choice, you definitely aren't going to get instant results. Your beating a dead horse to a pulp! Most patience are running very thin with you by now. We can't do anything for you if you won't do anything for yourself...

I already stopped the cycle and waiting for pct. I just wanna know why this happening.

It is because your cycle protocol is too inconsistent and incomplete. Not pinning frequently enough for Sust. No E2 management
Etc.

You need to do a lot more homework and get things figured out before trying another cycle.

My next cycle protocol would be: 70 mg sust everyday + 6.25 mg aromasin everyday

I think this is the best for hormone balance. Right megatron?

And how much sust a day ......? This is going to work out making you look like a fool again.....just some warning. You need to understand half lifes of the compounds in what you are planning to use. Sust is not good choice.

What is wrong with 70 mg sust everyday? Eod injection is not good for stable blood levels.

You would be better off running a single ester rather than a blend of 4 esters. This is covered extensively in the sticky threads. Please read them.
