I feel dissy after exercise, is this bad?

Sometimes when I go very heavy on a exercise I feel dissy. I had it after squads and the t-bar row for example. Is that bad or is it just a sign that I lift to the limit?
 
YOur sugar can easily go low during workouts. Water and proper rest time as mentioned above are crucial. CsOmtimes on max effort lifts that feeling is ineviatable but the key is that it should be temporary.
 
i would guess blood pressure is probably elevated during heavy lifts and not enough rest time to level back out.
 
Squats are one thing, but T bar rows is a mystery - unless you have blood sugar or blood pressure issues. :confused:
