I folded over

Too much weight, lol.

If you came forward your core is probably very weak, add some good mornings and alot of abs.
 
I get guys that say the same basic thing all the time.

"when i was doing XXXXX I could only get the bar to move about an inch"

Thats called getting pinned. Take off some plates and try again-lol.

I'll work on my core strength and give it a go agian I was just puzzled as to why I folded since the first rep felt good

a friend of mine, gymphreak told me I might not be driving my head back and pullnig my elbows forward enough either so I'll watch that too,

you could need more ab/core work or posterior work [ we all do ] or you could have just got to far forward on your toes due to missing your groove/bad form .
 
thanks for the rpealies I'll definatly wokr on my core.

I'll start doing abs 2 itmes a week after my cardio sessions I do on my off days cause I'm chubby.

I really appreciate that offer PB but at tihs time I do;nt have a maera if that changes though I will gladly take u up on that as I know my from is'nt perfect

what kinda shoes you wearing? bro youy can borrow a cam from someone. form is critaical. i have yet to get a clip from anyone that didnt have at least one form issue. some of the clips were herendous. but with a little patience and a litle less ego all have straightened them out. i get several clips a day from different folks.

i cannot stress how important good form is. dont matter if you mike miller or a guy who squats 95lbs. good form is essential.
 
I think you just sayin that cause I was so frustrated i was about to quit :p.

That actually makes me feel better LOL...as sorry as it sounds.....yikes, can't imagine how bad some of those others were then...GD.
 
they were sad. but most who stuck with t made the corrections and are doing fine now. so there is hope for you grasshopper. =0)
 
Well during between my bench press sets I was practicing with just bodyweight, and I was sitting back alot more, keeping all the force on my heels. I THINK I am real close. My knees only went to my toes or slightly over, not like the last video i sent you where i was squatting up and down. My back is folded just a little more than I would like, but it shoudl be close.

I will send ya another reg squat video soon, hopefully I'm real close, and i can start focusing on squatting and getting soem weight on the bar on leg day, rather than being frustrated and giong nowhere right now lol.

ok bro I just remembered my dad's department has one for school so I"ll try and snag it from him and then get u a couple of clips ASAP
