Yes, as stated I have started the protocol. Not so sure about the appetite, I have 3 more portions of chicken and beef, I think I'll switch to steaks for my last meal, more like something to look forward to, than going through the motions.
Trying to hold of the carbs for as long as possible, it's tough right now without a doubt. Really would like to run this for six weeks, if I can manage four it would be great and then back to it in early January if required. Already late with my target, but then again I didn't realise how fat I'd become, weighed in at 92.5 kg today, in the afternoon, I prefer not to weigh myself though, I judge by what I see in the mirror and more veins showing through, never got vascular at all, even when sub 14%'bf.
