I have GYNO...New labs vs old labs...somone please help me out

See first post on this thread...all labs with dates

Sorry, forgot it was in your original post. SERM treatment can take a couple months to fully reverse on their own and you're trying to battle it on cycle with an aromatizable compound like testosterone so give it time. I would increase your adex a little bit higher and get your E2 under the 41.9 it was as of last test. If you're doing .5mg/ED now then increase to.75mg/ED and keep up with the Nolva at 20mg. Give it a few weeks at these doses to see substantial improvement especially since you're currently on cycle and not just trying to reverse gyno.

Some have reported weeks some it takes months. Depends on a few things I would imagine but another difference would be not having to crush your E2 levels with Nolva. How did you feel while using the letro?

Edit* forgot to mention efficacy at reversing gyno is significantly higher with a SERM than with letro.

letro doesn't make my joints hurt but yes crashing your E2 does have a lot of bad sides for me. hard to get up in the mourning, hard to get a good workout and tired all day. I will say this...its alot cheaper to do two weeks of letro but it ruins your cycle throughout

My point was that lol. letro can make you miserable and might be cheaper but is also less effective. I'd leave it up to the user to decide but there are a few options as you say King besides just going for surgery.

I'm doing the nolva protocol right now since ive read all the studies. I just think by the time if I figure out its working or not it would be too late to go back to letro. does it make a difference if a progesterone raises your estrogen to cause the gyno. I always hear now and then people saying aking a progesterone and nolva is a no no

If you're doing the Nolva you're doing the treatment that was shown to be almost twice as effective as letro, the odds are better in your favor with Nolva than letro. Progesterone can only exacerbate the effects of E2 on gyno, not cause gyno on its own. Gyno is ductal hyperplasia of breast tissue. E2 can cause ductal hyperplasia but progesterone causes alveolar hyperplasia (which isn't gyno). Nolva acts by acting as an antagonist on estrogen receptors in the breast tissue regardless of whether its E2 alone or progesterone amplifying its effects.
