I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 10 years and recently started working out again. Am I fluffy or is it gyno? If it is gyno, wat can I do about it?

excuse me, how should i know if you look fluffy or if it's even gyno, if i can't see you. some pix should be usefull.

usualy, people which thought of gyno effect, are just anxious about it, and they are a little much fat than usualy.

hahahaha....that's fn funny! You saying "fluffy"...

Look like just fat to be bro.

So.... I have a medicine cabinet full of HcG and Testosterone and a willingness to diet and go on a routine for working out and cardio. I just need help from those with experience. I mean if I just keep doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday, will that work? I know I got this way drinking too much beer but beside that, my diet is actually pretty good. I just need some help with a basic routine of lifting and when and how I should be using protein. I will start to increase my testosterone by adding in HcG but until I start looking a lot better I don't think increasing the testosterone is a good idea. BUT I DON'T KNOW. Which is why I am on this forum posting embarassing pictures of myself. Help!

No beer, no fast food, no simple carbs.

Count your macros... Total cals / Grams Fat / Grams protine / Grams of carbs.

What's your age and height you can plug that into an online macro calc and it will estimate how many cals to loose weight. After that it's just dedication, time an hard work.

You might also resurch CDK diets, I lost 20lb in 4 months once doing that. 2 years ago I was 255lb and a size 44 now I'm 225ln and a 36, all done with very low test levels. I'm pretty excited to finally have figured out low test levels amd I'll be starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) soon, can't wait.

Picture looks fine bro, it's just fat, you'll get to were you want to be it just takes time and work.

Check your estrogen levels.

This also. Makes the weight loss MUCH harder if it's high range or outta range. Been there, tried that. Lol

Are there any hard lumps under your nipples? If not it's most likely most/just fat. Maybe some gyno symtoms from the high fat and maybe high estro but if your painful lump free then it's not YET full blown gyno.

I am pretty sure that I will lose it. I fluctuate pretty easy. was 155 last year, which is where I need to be. Should I be taking in protein shakes? If so, when should I take them and how much? I am naturally an ecto so I fear losing muscle if I work out hard but don't add protein.

You want to be 155, what are you at now? We can plug your age/weight/height into a cal calc to guess the cals you need burn and or eat/not eat. And them plug the cals into another calc to get a guess for a good macro split. Really just a guess thou since everyones genetics are different (metabolism etc). Makes a good bass number to add or subtract from depending on results thou

I always have found if I have a number to shoot for it makes planning the weeks meals out and shopping/cooking much easier.
