I need a new diet

I'm not a bodybuilder!
I'm 5.7, 13,8 stone and 23 years of age, I'll be honest I'm not looking to get a six pack, but i would just like a flat stomach. I'm not fat but I' not exactly fat free lol

I'm hitting the gym mon-fri, 3 times a week cardio, I bin doing this for 3 months now and I need a diet that will get me strong and loose a little flab.

I've basically been eating what i want, I eat friut veg etc.. but I need to no portion sizes of foods and what foods I should be eating.

Is there any diets that are for me that i can find online, like loads of recipes for breakfast dinner & tea, etc..

Thanks hope someone can help me out.
 
Best suggestion would be to read the stickies at the top of this forum. Loads of good info. Start there and learn :)

Yes, it is possible to start to see your body transform in 3 months.

It starts with Clean Eating, stay away from processed foods, fast food, alcohol.

Stick with Lean proteins, Veggies, Fruits, Whole Grains, Legumes...

I agree with Mt-Momma read the sticky's and also check out the receipes members have shared.

How does your daily food intake look right now? How many times a day do you eat and when?
 
try this new diet plan for me is eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. You can also add to eat sugar free foods. You will just replace your sugar intake with natural sweeteners. I'm using natvia. It is safe, natural and healthy.
