I need advices!

HI ALL! My first post here :frogjump:

I'm relatively new to body-building, and I am not planning on beconming a professional.. I workout in a gym for about two years (with large brakes), and I only used whey protein and some creatine-carbohydrates mix for two months.

I'm 18 years old, 92 kg, 193 cm (sorry, european measurements)

Now I'm going tu use:
whey protein - (Universal Ultra Whey Pro)
creatine (pure, no mixes or something) - (Scitec Creatine)
mass gainer (carbohydrates only, very little protein amount) - (Scitec Mass)

Please, comment what do you think, and tell me if I should change something..

Also, how many shakes of whey and mass gainer should I take each day? (no need to explain creatine usage, I've heard all about that)

Thanx in advance, I'll be here more often now! :rainbow:

I would check out the diet forum and look through those posts for bulking diets. They have some good ones in there.

It's hard to tell you how much whey to take without knowing the rest of your diet. You should be getting around 250 - 300 grams of protein a day most likely. Somewhere around 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per lb so I'm not sure what that converts to in kg.

As for the mass gainer, I would avoid it and eat solid foods. Just try to get in enough clean carbs and good fats to up your calorie intake to build bulk.

Your whey consumption really depends on the rest of your diet. But a good place to start is a pre and post workout shake on days you workout. I always have one in the morning, on off days as well.

Make sure you don't get the wrong advices! (Should be mildly amusing to anyone who's seen Pumping Iron)

Thanks fellas!

I also worry about this - one guy told me that too much supplements could be stressful for liver and kidneys. Whats your opinion about that?

I'll check out the diet forum aswell, soon I should get some pictures of me and put them on so you guys could make fun out of me :laugh4:

A lot of protein can be, if you don't drink enough water.
