I am banned!
HELLO EVERYONE, I need help figuring out what supplements are worth spending my money on. I am currently blasting a 20week cycle of tren. These are my doses:
Trenbolone Acetate @120mg ED
Testosterone Propionate @30mg ED
I am on day 64
I just recently decided to cut out masteron since I transitioned into a bulk. I also lowered test near TRT dose due to acne problems. Yesterday I started SD @20mg, I will run it for 4weeks.
I also recently ordered liquid prami and liquid stane from rui.
However, my question is what supplements do you recommend me using that are very helpful on and off cycles.
At the moment I am taking the following:
Multis and joint supports by pharmafreak, omegessential oil 3 servings a day (it has extra vitamin d in it), livercare by himalaya 2x/day, creatine blend BIG C by Magnum.
Would it be worth it taking any of the following:
vitamin d, taurine, coq10, gamma e complex, carditone, Milk Thistle, Hawthorn Berry, Red Yeast Rice, Niacin, b vitamin complexes.
And what are your ideas on cycle supports?
I have read good posts about supplements that could help in a SD cycle:
During Cycle
Milk Thistle – 2000mg ED
Hawthorn Berry 11oomg ED
CoQ10 – 250mg ED
Red Yeast Rice – 100mg ED
Niacin – 1000mg ED
Multis
Taking too much supplements isn't good, I just want to take the ones i need during specific cycles and that are worth spending my money on.
