I need first steroid Cycle Advice

I just recently joined this forum and I am thinking of trying gear for the first time. I am 29 and have been lifting weights off and on for about 15 years. I am 6'1 and weigh about 235lbs. As far as my diet I eat plenty, and take in plenty of calories and protein, or else I lose weight. I usually stay around 11% body fat. I have been researching the subject of gear and cycles a good bit so I would not be jumping into anything I know nothing about. For my first cycle, I plan to run: Test E. for ten weeks at 500, taken in two shots of 250 each week on Mon. and Thurs., dbol at 20 for 4 weeks, taken in two doses a day, Arimidex for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and Nolva for PCT. I based this cycle on what I have read as far as starting gear and what cycle to begin with for starters. Does anyone have any input as to what I can do to make this a better cycle or if I am pretty much on base with what I need to be doing for a first cycle.
 
everything looks good but you should lay your timing schedule out so we can check that

and up the dbol to at least 40mg...............50mg is the magic dose IMO
 
Ok, so I will up the dbol to 50. From what I've researched, I have concluded that I should take half that in the morning and half later in the day. So I'm thinking I should take 25 at seven a.m. and 25 at seven p.m.. I plan to do the test 250 on Tuesday and 250 on Saturday. Am I on the right track with this? Also, I will post my diet tomorrow, as I am tired tonight and did not post it earlier this week because I had a busy week. I will definitely get my diet posted to get input back because I need all the help I can get. Thanks for the input fellas!
 
I have not got them yet because I want to know what I'm doing with it before I purchase anything. I have been planning on getting the tens though! Suggestions?
 
if tens-

1 in morning 1 a lil later-3 hour or so before workout

my tabs is 20mg each should i take one at breakfeast and one in the lunch or ho wshould i do im going to take 40mg a day or 50 mg i split the oral in half...what u think??

im gonna run the same cycle like u almost

its look like this

1-12 250mg on monday-250mg on thursday
1-6 dbol 40mg ED
7-12 proviron 50mg ed or 1-12 proviron 50mg ed (some says dont use the proviron and some say use is in the middle, of the cycle to the end) so ill se what to do
15-16 nolvadex 40mg ed
17-18 nolvadex 20mg ed
 
I would get some Clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in there as well. Nolva isn't sufficient on its on for pct, Clomid is a must.

if its a tab-i split one-and spread it out

then drop at least 20mg before workout

this is a matter of personal opinion-some guys like it all at once-some guys spread it out for more stable blood levels

i would rather have the majority of my dose before workout-some guys would rather split it up all throughout the day.

its something that you have to play with and see what you like.

hey bro, oaks right on... I personal pefer to dose all at once for the peak rush... 45mins before workout...really gives me a great push after all long day. I am also big on every 4th day compared to setting set days for the pins. After 15yrs of working 6'1 & 235 maybe winnie would be the right move for u.. less water ret..I guess it depends on what ur goals are..??

Thanks for the advice! As far as the winnie, I'll have to research that as I know very little about it. I've been more focused on learning about the testosterones since I was told by several people that was the best cycle for someone new to gear. My goal is to get bigger! I realize 235 is not small, but with my build, I look more like 210 than 235. I do not know why, but its true. Anyway, size is my goal right now.
 
test/dbol is perfect for what your looking for then. 25-30 lbs if you eat like a horse-what you keep-i dont know-that depends on soooo many factors.

i agree though-i like large dose before workout intensity=gains if you drop 40-50 before workout-you will more intensity than you need!

by the way testo E and testo cyp is it a big different between them?
