i suffer from anxiety to as well bro, but it is something i deal with before steroids
like dawg said, calm down and relax the sides will subside bro, adding in extra meds only makes it worse and in the long run u get addicted to them bro and hard as fuck to come off them, been on effexor for 7 years now for my anxiety and docs dont care if your script runs out and u need more, worse feeling ever, not have a pill for 3 days, and get severe aches, and headaches bro!
moral of the story, dont let docs just feed u some pills so u can et hooked on them, the sides from what u are dealing with will subside if u didnt have them before
