i need to get cut ASAP - best training program?

What is the best training program for getting shredded. I understand diet is huge, and I'm pretty sure that's under control - but my focus right now is what to do in the weight room.

I am 192lbs, 5'10" about 10-12% . I have a month and a half to be shredded.

Advice please fellas.
 
Weight room is going to make you shredded.

Cardio:
60 minutes every morning on an empty stomach.

Diet:
Drop all carbs exept for your two PWO meals. Rest of the meals should be pro/fat (healthy fats like fish oil/nuts)
