well i got leaner when i stopped eating carbs whitin 3 hours before the workout.
because it will take a while for the carbs to go from the blood to the muscles.

also i usually eat veggies and a little meat for dinner but no pasta or rice.

Up your cardio I still refuse to class walking as cardio its somthing you do everyday up the pace to a slight jog, Try it in the mornings with a shot of coffee on an empty stomach that should start to shift the unwanted jiggly bits.

i dont go drastic like cutting carbs, i just eat whole grain bread/ brown rice and pasta. and for meat i dont by crappy safeway steaks and shit, i get organic. you make simple changes like that, even thn it will help.

exercising on empty is bad... then when you eat your body wants to absorb all the food u ate from starving... which is what we dont want..amirite?

Your diet looks decent. I would suggest adding more carbs in the morning - and removing them from your last meal, with the exception of veggies. Also, your caloric intake is most likely to high.

Your breakfast looks good - you could do without the OJ.
I would add a complex carb to meal 2 and 3.
Cut your pre-workout oatmeal to between 1/2 and 3/4 cup.
Take away the starches of your last meal - leave the veggies and protein.

Those would be my only suggestions - other than those the diet looks very clean. It looks like your calories are just to high to be cutting.

nope it works well. why wouldn´t you want the food to be absorbed. you just need to eat less calories to drop bot you really do want the calories you eat to be absorbed.

please quit giving advice on something in which you have no idea what your talking about.. exercise on empty stomach is horrible, you need food to perform in the weight room.. if you dont have energy from food you wont perform 100%

the advice wasn´t about weight room it was regarding cardio in the morning and there is no problem doing that in the morning on an empty stomach.

this may generally be the case, but not true in every instance.

I agree with the empty stomach + early morning cardio = good weight loss.

Leave food consumption for at least 30-45mins post cardio so your body attacks your fats stores for energy.

And Im a HUGE believer in pre + post workout food consumption since I began doing this (a year ago) My training intensity has increased drastically.

Dont train on an empty stomach.

From my experience...lifting weights on an empty stomach bad.... cardio on empty stomach is ok. the diet looks solid, but then again...do you follow it religiously? I have my diet all down on paper that if i actually stuck to 100% i'd be about 8 percent fat.

the thing i've learned is its all about consistency in your diet.

well I mean he should eat less then he expends but in no way an extreme 800 cal diet.. generally i think you should eat enough to fuel your activities but not more..

as far as lifting weights on empty I have never even tried that.
