Ideas for vegetables?

I find vegetables to be incredibly boring and I hate forcing myself to eat them. Eating them plain is the worst.

Typically, I don't have a problem with eating them as long as they're combined with something as part of the meal.

What do you guys do for veggies? Other than salads. Those are basic, but I prefer to include more than just some romaine/spinach in my diet.
 
well i for one do love em. just as i do my beef.
i wont boil them because this will remove the flavor from the veggies.
i grill most of them and i dont allow them to stay on for very long.
what i do is coat them with a little oil and season them with my favorite spices.
corn i love to do right in the husk on the BBQ the flavor is mind blowing. peppers also roasted carrots are steamed but not all the way because i still need the crunch.
zuchenia sliced and grilled is also very good eggplant with a bread crumb coating grilled with white cheese on top is awesome. a little tomato sauce on top and you have a meal.
 
use olive oil and grill em or throw em on a skillet or wok. Then add some spice. I use a seasoning called 'Chicago Steak Seasoning' or something like that. Its great! I use it for everything, incl fish, steaks, veggies, chicken....Its made up of dehydrated onion, garlic, peppers, black pepper and best of all it's cheap...Sometimes I throw a little slice of piceapple on top the veggies and cook it that way for added flavor...Just some ideas for you...

+1 for 'Chicago Steak Seasoning', stuff is great on anything.

Cube up some sweet potato's, boil them for 12-14 minutes. Salt/peper butter.
Slice up and olive oil some zucchini and grill a few minutes on each side.
For a quick snack, roasted/salted almonds mixed in with some raw carrots.
raw snow peas
Cucumbers with salt
 
You should add your favorite things in vegetables.It makes them tasty and full of nutrition.Like you can add paper,olive oil, yogurt, chess and lots of other stuff which give you taste.Just vegetables make a person sick of taste.So try different ideas and mix them with your favorite items.
