I need some ideas on what to take for proper recovery after a cycle. I've taken Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in the past but it's been to hard to find. Is there any other options?

Clomid and/or nolvadex.
Nothing is always an option which worked well for me at times.

Clomid and nolvadex are not over the counter, but are readily available and very easy to acquire.
