If I need to lose fat, how many calories should intake?

I am 24 years old
My weight 204
BF% 18
pounds from fat 36.7

I am running a cycle of clen right now; however, I am not sure how calories I am supposed to get in. All I know is that I have to get in about 300g of protien.
 
An awesome guide...good shit; however, in your guys opinion.
Would it hurt if I went on another test cycle with having 18% body fat?
(I plan to eat clean, and the past 3 cycles I didn't...too much cheating hamburgers and crap. I was too stuborn to listen to you guys on the board in the first place).

Or

Should I wait until my bodyfat % is lower? I plan to enter a contest next august. I don't excatly want be only 166lbs of lean body mass, I want to be bigger.

Don't cycle if you are not going to eat right. Even if your intent is good, decide wether or not you are going to discipline yourself this time. IF you can discipline yourself enough to eat properly, then yes, you will still see some added benefit from it, even with higher bodyfat. It's a tad more dangerous, but you can do it.
