If you had to choose one type of diet and training routine to get cut quick- from around 18% down to 6-7% what would you choose and why?
Will power won't be the issue, don't mind the pain just don't like the duration of some diets! I'm about 6'4" 220lbs, I have been training for a good 5 years and just have never been able to get under about 10% BF- I have been down to 170lb before on a crash type diet and still a gut and still about 11% BF???!!! What's the deal- so in a fit of frustration I have been bulking to get my strength and size up (which is good so far) but now have grown to 18% BF
Anyway, any help would be great- I was thinking of going on a Low Carb plan (I have done these before with good success) and just keeping my cardio and lifting program like: 25-35min of cardio (running) in the morning, (I work in a warehouse all day loading boxes and the like) and then workout around 1pm or so with weights- One body part a day to failure and then 25min of cardio after my workout.
What cha think???
