IGF-1 and Somatropin for knee surgery recovery

I'm new to the world of anabolics and hormones. I Have been a competitive athlete in team sports the majority of my life and have been training for the past 10 years in cycles. I'm not doing this to gain super size or anything like that, strictly to enhance my recovery and increase my performance potential.
Last Week I had a partial patellar tendenectomy performed on my knee and was told the recovery time would be upwards of 8 to 12 months. After some research, in order to aid and progress my recovery I have decided to use Somatropin and IGF-1 DES. For the GH I was going to do a 5-on/2-off split and use the IGF-1 7 days a week 5 days-30mcgx2/day and 2days-30mcgx1/day on weekends.

The IGF-1 cycle is only going to be a 1200mcg kit to kick start my first phase of rehab.

I don't plan on ever doing more than 3-4 IUs a day of the somatropin. Im planning on getting 5 or 6 100 IU kits to last me for the next 10-12 months.
I am currently doing three PT sessions daily as part of my recovery protocol.

My plan is to do:
30mcg IGF-1 DES post morning PT (8-10AM) injected near the surgically repaired knee.

2 I.U. Somatropin around 1 or 2pm, following my 2nd PT session.

30mcg IGF-1 DES after my final PT session (injection site can vary)

Following my rehab phase and/or when the IGF kit runs out I was going to up my somatropin to 3-4 I.U.s a day with a 5/2 split.

Any suggestions, comments, or criticisms on this would be very beneficial as this is my first time.

Also, can IGF-1 DES be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water instead of AA? I'm cautious to inject AA near my surgically repaired knee.

Thanks

Also my IGF-1 DES kit is 10 120mcg vials, so reconstituted solution would only sit for up to 1 day before use and stored in a fridge until then.

hey brotha keep us posted on your cycle... i too have bad knees. my rt has torn ACL, MCL, meniscus & left has torn meniscus & im sure torn ligament. gonna have surgery by the end of summer... ive been reading into IGF1-Lr3 but am curious about DES. good luck with your rehab bro, its a long, hard road back.

I've been doing my rehab/igf/somatropin regimen for 2 weeks now. So far I'm very pleased with the progress. I've been administering IGF-1 DES witha slin need into the area over my vastus medialis ("the tear drop" quad) bi-laterally following my rehab in the weight room. I've been dosing at 30mcg each leg once daily.
Following my IGF crazed feasting, my hunger has been through the roof since starting my rehab and injections, I usually give myself about 2-3 hours following my post-pt meal before administering 2 IUs somatropin sub-q in my abdomen.

I can't say whether or not the injections are doing phenomenal things, but my numbers don't lie.
Pre-operative knee extension at 72lbs of force for 6 reps, 2 weeks post-operative 50lbs for 15 reps. These numbers are only for my injured leg.
I find that using the DES following my lifting has allowed me to do my knee's rehabilitation exercises with a higher frequency than prescribed on a weekly basis.

Physically my skin appears much healthier and tighter, and even though I have gained 7 pounds since my surgery I would say my appearance is leaner than it was pre-op. My appetite has sky-rocketed, before surgery I was spending about $200-250 on groceries, but in the past week, and from what I hear thanks to the IGF-1 DES I have spent $450 on groceries and ran out of food again today, haha, so I'd say my food consumption has doubled if not tripled on a weekly basis.

Going into surgery I was 7 weeks removed from training, so I have a long way to go to get back to 100% totally, but according to physical therapist I was 3 weeks ahead of schedule a week and a half removed from my operation.
