Ok, short story, I am diabetic, I take Novalog (Insulin) when I eat (evertime). Generally speaking, I eat a preworkout meal 2 hours before lifting, however, since insulin is active for 4 hours, would taking the IGF immediatly preworkout be worthless?
I have heard when the two are present at the same time, the insulin will over power the IGF, and make it useless? Do to them fighting over the same receptors?
