im 18 years old help please..

Everyone will tell you you're too young, talk some shit, crack a joke, and copy and paste it to the next teen's thread... but it sounds to me like you have a lot of research to do before you start, so your age aside... I would recommend learning what exactly you're putting into your body and how it will affect you... Yes the risks are high, and you're looking at steroids as an "easy way out" (which is definitely not a good reason). The only reason I say "easy way out" is because it sounds like recreational use to me.

You don't need steroids to have a nice beach body. Personally if I were you I would get on top of my diet, if you can't hold down a serious diet/training routine for at least (VERYY minimum) a year or two, then how are you disciplined enough for hormonal manipulation?

The best advice I can give you is lots of red meat, chicken, potatoes, pasta, and olive oil. DO NOT FORGET THE GREENS! I like broccoli and brussel sprouts... sometimes asparagus..

Stock up on those foods, eat lots of potatoes and pasta and roughly 6-8oz (depending on your size) of meat... I eat my eggs and oats in the morning, chicken for a few meals after that (leading into ~3-5pm) then eat my red meats in the evening... don't be afraid of the olive oil, the fats are needed. I add 1tsp to each meal (especially chicken) in my offseason.

Just eat. When you see food, eat it. If your parents order pizza and have "junk" food, keep it in moderation. It's okay to pig out once in a while, especially since you're trying to grow.

I myself am only 19... So trust me when I say our metabolism is very VERYY high. You can get away with eating junk 1-2x a week, as long as your other meals are appropriate. (junk doesn't mean candy bars, I use it in terms of a restaurant or fast food, something with an OVERLOAD of nutrients and sodium)

Anyways I figured I'd give you some real advice rather than sit here and shoot you down and make you look & feel retarded. These forums are meant to help people not break them down.

I guess it's too late to tell you to wait some, especially with only about a year in the gym. It looks like you're pretty much set and have already started on it. I'd suggest you just keep your cycle short and your doses low. It has the potential to cause long term negative effects anyway. I know you won't listen, but just wait a few years.
