I'm a gimp, need help asap

Ok, besides ice, heat, and advil...what the hell do you do for soreness? I've shot 3 times in my calfs recently and had no problems whatsoever. This morning I shot tren AND test and now I need freaking crutches, and Im not over exaggerating. I can barely walk. Cant move my right foot up or down. Did I hit a nerve or something?

Quit shooting calves.. stick to glutes, thighs and delts... try an epsom salt bath

haha yeah well remind me NEVER to shoot tren AND test in my calf. ill stick with Tren only and shoot my test elsewhere.
