So this is a recurring section ill post in, if i post at all. So someone may remember me complaining about RUI's clen and i will say my lab mice experienced great results however ive decided to try something different. I've applied an ECY stack three times a day with morning fasted cardio followed by my 1.5 hour workout of weights. I've also changed up my diet by prepping my meals. Not so much weighing every little thing but making sure there's a protein source be it chicken, fish, turkey or steak with a carb source, sweet potatoes as of late. I'll also throw in about 100g or so of broccoli, my favorite veggie, for some greens. And ill make sure to have a spinach/kale with a bunch of fruit in my nutri-bullet. As of now Ive gone from 212 to 205 in about 1.5 weeks. Thats probably some water weight and maybe a couple pounds of fat but i am noticing more vascularity starting in the arms and chest.
And finally, RUI is great, sorry for bashing a loooong time ago, they're the real deal.
I'll try and update this thread with weekly results or maybe changes every 4 days and hopefully make an awesome transformation and post some before and after pics. Im feeling great and loving every step. Thanks for any support yall. 2nd workout of the day in about 30 minutes.
EDIT: Thought id throw in my supps im taking if it matters at all (probably doesn't): MP Combat protein, True Athlete kre-alkalyn creatine, Nutriforce? Glutamine, Xtend BCAAs, and a probiotic. I was taking Animal Pak and a fish oil but i ran out of both and need to stock up.
