I know I didn't talk a lot while on here years ago when I joined, it's been about 13 years now since I joined. I'm glad to be back and look forward to getting started on a cycle soon, if everything goes okay that is. I have done enough research that I trust it will be okay. Anyway it's good to be back I have shrunk up and am ready to get pumped and thanks to those who have helped me.
