Im fat need help

I need some help getting rid of fat.

How much cardio do I need per day to see a significant result?
 
Minimum 30mins. preferably 45-60 min @ 60-70% max.(220-age x .7=heartrate) 1st thing in the AM before eating ANYTHING and start your meals 1hr post cardio. Oh, and NO drinking! :laugh3:
