hey guys now i have ur attention i need to ask a question on my diet.....im not gettn in all the carbs im supposed to be at work this that...and its effecting me i know it what would be an easy but awesome way to up my weight again and get in the how many thousands of cals and carbs i need on a daily....
 
difficult to addjust. especialy with your actual cycle.

kcal-count don't help you...

per-haps to add one meal a day, dor exemple pre-workout full-carb.
 
its a headache bro...im going buggy another meal would make for 8 a day..fuck i cant do it not enough time...
 
I know its a bitch getting out a blender and everything but when I want some calories, carbs, protein and everything this is what I do.

And it tastes good too by the way.

1-2 tbls peanut butter(I like natural but anything works)

2 scoops whey protien( I use vanilla)

1 whole banana

1 chocolate carnation instant breakfast mix

1 vanilla yogurt

3-5 ice cubes

Fill as high up as you want with milk.

you can throw some oats in there as well, depending on when I make it I might throw some creatine in.

Nothing special but maybe that will help or give you an idea.

Oh and one last thing, when your drinking it its thicker than most milk shakes, especially with more peanut butter and oats. So it keeps me full for a while.
 
Ok, it might change a little depending on natural peanut butter, what kind of milk, what kind of yogurt, and how much milk you use:

calories: 1180
fat: 20-22g
carbs: 158g
protein: 101g

That's a lot of shit to be putting in your body, but its going to help you gain weight and get tons of carbs and whatever else you want in your body.

And obviously if you dont make as much the numbers aren't as high. Anyways hope that helps and enjoy.

I also have what each part contains as far as those 4 things go, let me know if you want those.
 
how many times a day do you handle that... now is that carbs in a full blender or half
 
on a good day im 185lbs, and just barely 5'9 so its tough for me to drink more than one a day.

I usually fill it up to like an inch or a little less from the top. I think its like 3 cups of milk. If I guess I would say its between 24-30 ounces.
Im not positive on those numbers tho I forgot my blender at home, Im at school so I dont know exactly right now.
 
and thats carbs in a full blender with the oats, if you take the oats out thats 31g of carbs you lose.
 
im gonna try that for breakfast and see where that takes me... thanks
 
can you eat at work or is there time to make a shake? you can get the non flavored instant oats and throw it in a shaker cup with some protein
