Ok, ill try to keep this brief as i can.
I'm 27 and just got back in the gym 6 months ago after 5 years off.. I lifted weights through high school for football and baseball and once i graduated and went to college, got a little more serious with it.. Until i was 19 i never took anything but vitamins and protein.. Between 19-22, i was in almost competition shape (just for fun) and went through 3 mild cycles (tren/test prop).. Never competed because it wasnt that serious for me.
So i started working around age 22 and made excuses for not working out.. Anyway, fast forward to now.. Ive come a LONG way in the last 6 months.. Lost a lot of strength during my time away from the gym.. But im now 6 months in and muscle memory is a great thing.
6'3" and a soft 270 lbs 6 months ago.
6'3" and a more firm 250 lbs now.. Roughly 18 or so % bf.
415 one rep max bench
315 for reps on incline
265 for reps on shoulder press
And i dont miss leg day
Only supplements have been vitamins, protein, and NO xplode.. And a good diet.. I am about to start a tren ace/test e cycle on Monday.. 300 mg tren and 250 mg test e per week.. Wanting to keep it pretty modest.. I'd love to drop on down to about 240 and get my bf around 10 %, which means ill have to cut fat while maintaining muscle and i already know how hard that is.. I have an elliptical in my living room and use it 3 or 4 times a week on top of training at the gym.
Keep in mind my major was exercise physiology and minor was in nutrition so i know a little but i know there are people here that know a lot more.
