I'm not sure if this information is already out there but

Im going to start my first cycle soon. I have test E, i will run that for 12 weeks or more.

I know i need a aromatase inhibitor but not sure what kind aromasin or arimidex? When should I start this and how much?

I know I need Post Cycle Therapy drugs but do I need aromasin and clomis both? When do I start this and how much?

And i know i need HCG but when should I start this and how much?

Just so everyone knows I'm new to all this and just trying to learn all I can before I start. If I'm missing anything or have the wrong information please tell me.
 
I cant help with pct but i prefer arimidex when i use ai. People like aromasin but if your not in tune with your bodyband cant afford several blood tests to figure out whats your sweet spot arimidex is easier. I personally cannot get away with aromasin eod has to be ed if test is 500+

Ok so after some research I came up with this:
Test E for 12 weeks at 250 MG every 3 days, after my last injection I start hCG every 3 days at .6cc for 12 weeks. Then I start Arimidex .25 MG every other day for 14 weeks. I think I understand this.
But when should I do PCT? I know to run Tamoxifen for 4 weeks 40mg for first and 20mg for other 3. Clomid for 4 weeks 75mg first and 50mg for other 3?
I'm a little confused and woukd appreciate the help.

I'm not sure how you got that from the ology faq's. But by the time I typed out where you're wrong, 3 people smarter than me would have already corrected you. Plus I have amovie to watch with the wife.
 
Wife is doing something else so.... hcg should be taken at start of cycle thru the end. Also hcg is somethkng you buy and mix to the concentration you want so saying .6cc doesn't mean anything. My next time I think I'll run hcg close to 500iu twice a week.
Arimidex dose is good for starters but it also starts at beginning of cycle. You will adjust dose based on blood work. It's there to control high e2 sides.

I don't pct so I would have to look up doses, but nolva and clomid starts, I believe, two weeks after last pin and I'd have to look up how long.

You should list your stats too.
 
so you're going to do
test e 500mg/week 2 250mg injections 3 days apart. week 1-12
hcg should be whole cycle at 500 iu's/week 2X250iu injections week 1-14
.25 mg adex eod week 1-14
pct is nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50
pct should be started roughly 18.5 days after last pin. some say 3 weeks.

I weigh 183 and am 5' 8. My body fat is about 15% and I'm 25.

Ok so I run all 3 at once after my first 12 weeks of test?

Ok never mind I understand now. Sorry for asking so many dumb questions.
 
Only dumb question is the one not asked. Do some research before you start a thread you'll find alot of basic answers yourself.
