I'm struggling to get enough protein!

I weigh 240lbs and I find that I'm struggling to get even 240g of protein a day. Any suggestions? I take in 2-3 protein shakes a day(about 45g/shake). I try to eat lots of chicken and tuna and any meat for that matter. I eat a lot but when I add up all the grams of protein it barely breaks 240g.
 
if you use a wieght gainer which has like 52grams of protein, u could drink that about 3 times a day. and eat some tuna cause they have 30 grams per can. then drink a ton of milk and some eggs and chicken and pb&j sandwhichs and u can definilty break 240g.

go to www.fitday.com and u can get acurate readings on protein, cals, and carb intake.
 
Be careful that you are not eating then taking the protien right after or taking your protien and then eating. It will be wasted. Your body can only process so much protien at once. You will just end up peeing it out. I like to take my protien in the morning. then breakfast. between breakfast and lunch. And eat a hearty lunch like chicken and brown rice. Then I take my next shake after my work out at night. My protien is 50 grms per shake so I get about 300 grms per day. I am going to scale back a bit don't see any real results from taking that much and it is getting so expensive. Just my thoughts.

you really dont see any results from 300 grams of protein a day??!!
