Improving Muscle Mass

If you want to increase your muscle mass, you will need to begin eating more of almost everything. You ideally want to consume what it takes to increase your weight by a weekly pound. Think about different ways to increase your intake of calories. Do this for two weeks, and if you still don't see a weight change, you might want to increase the intake even more.----.trxtraininghut:smash:

You also need lots of carbs when building muscles. Carbs provide you with energy that lasts through your entire workout. If you are limiting carbs, you run a risk of your body breaking down protein in order to get energy. Having enough carbs will help your body function better and help get you through your workouts.

In terms of building muscle mass you need to include a lot of compound exercises. I would stick with heavy deadlifts and squats as the core movements. These exercises will shock your body the most because they hit so many muscle groups. Also make sure you're eating enough calories. Around 6-8 lean meals a day with heavy ass lifting will definitely help.

I find this amusing! you come here with one post and try to give people advice! There is a hell of a lot more to what your trying to say!!!

None of your business

Hey 2 posts calm down and earn the respect of the people who have put their time in here. We aren't saying you can't put your 2 cents in if someone asks for help and you give them advice on something that has worked for you.

I'm not disagreeing with you since it looks like he's either a scammer or advertising for something lol but don't fall into the trap of thinking post count is in direct correlation with acquired knowledge. The two often times do not go hand in hand. But you're right it is amusing nonetheless :D
