Hi, I'm new to the clen side of things and just want to ask a few quick questions, 18, Australian, 102kg/229lb /6"2/24ish% bf [ESTIMATE] down a few kilos. Just hoping and wanting to speed up the process as i want to drop another 15kg/25lb by the 21st of november
should I stack clen with any other supplement e.g t3?
is the 2 week cyle on, 2 week off method the best for clen? or 2dayon/2dayoff
and how should i spread my dosages out through the day like 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon, {ofc i work my way up to them dosages}
