Hello,
New to the forums and the website but not to bodybuilding.
I have been lifting for the last 5 years and stacking basic supplements, pre workouts, shakes, off the shelf kind of things.
Over the years I have made some great gains don't get me wrong, but I have gotten to the point where I want to compete and just push it to the next level. I have also noticed a real decline in my results this last year, and not due to volume or lack of variety and consistency...
I'm going to post up some present pictures(little later) and hope to take everyone that wants to follow through the next couple of months with me...
I will be stacking
Test Enanthate 300MG (maybe 350 but really think i'm going to keep it to 300 for this time...)
Deca Durabolin -300MG(week)
For 10 Weeks
My stats
Age- 24
Height- 5'8 Weight- 165lbs(with that 2-3lb range right there but mostly on the higher side of 165)
Chest- 43.2 Biceps - 15.4 Forearms- 13.6
Waist- 30in Legs (Upper portion) 23.2 (Lower portion) 20' Calf's- 14.6
I couldn't get anyone to help me measure shoulders right now but will post it up later if I can, along with the pictures.
At any rate..hoping to see some really good results and maybe get some help & help others wanting to start or that just want to see some before after pics of what you can do.
And now...to the gym !
