I've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) since December and about 3 weeks ago had my dosage increased from 100MG to 200MG a week. My question is, is this like starting all over when you increase your dosage this much?

Question is, why did you increase your dose?? What does your blood work look like. If you were still feeling low T symptoms, going up to 200mg won't hurt you, however, just like everything else, you will still need to balance everything else like estrogen, etc.
Agreed, 100mg/week is a big jump... I went up from 100 to 150 because my trough was still too low. And that was more than enough... But it came with some acne

Whenever I start to get acne I increase my Anastrozole from E3D to EOD and it all goes away. My doc said the increased dose shouldn't be that big a deal considering where my E levels were. Definitely better than doing another round of Accutane.
just got estrogen back it is at 27.6 didn't do a t reading yet going to in 2 weeks. When I say starting over I mean like you have to wait a month to feel any effects when you start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I went up because at 100MG a week I was only 420 I believe and felt like shit still. Still not feeling any better on 200 but it's only been a little over 3 weeks since going up to 200 and I still feel like crap.
It will take some time to feel the effects of the increased dosage -- just like when you first started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It won't happen overnight. Hopefully you won't have to wait a full month though before it kicks in.
P.S. TotalBurnout will disagree with the above statement. He believes you will feel it five minutes after your first injection of the higher dose. But we have agreed to disagree on this topic. ;-)
