looking to find out what is the best product out there for fat loss and energy gain.....want to shed around 40 lbs been doing cardio workout 90 mins a day/3 weeks but not seeing a significent weight drop, about 2-3 lbs per/week but need a boost in energy. Changed to low fat diet, 3 liters of water a day, cal intake around 1200-1500/daily.
Any info would be great,

post your whole diet.. a low fat diet isn´t really what the best for dropping fat. low carb ussually works best. though I wouldn´t go to an extreme keto diet. good fats such as olive oil,udos and such actually help you lose weight.

1200-1500 is very low for a guy your size.
