safely, i dont know. i dont like more than 1 in delts and 2 in glutes cause it hurts like a biatch to go more. but others do more. prolly wouldnt go over 3 in glutes though, really depends on size of muscle your pokin' too.
i have do 3cc 3 times a week in my quads and my ass, but other than that im not sure , i think it would just hurt the more u do and it would take longer to heal. also anymore than 3cc u are going to have a serious lump.
