Injection SITES?

just curious to know where you guys shoot in ur leg...do u shoot in the upper quad or more down in the hamstring..plus when i shoot in my leg..i get sore as hell..just curious to see if i can get some pointers on where to shoot in the leg...let me know fellas

If you just go to spotinjections.com they will show you a place to hit in your leg. I used to hit my leg but I too got really sore from it, just from the pin going in, it was kinda weird. I think most people would say towards the top of your leg, not by the hamstring.
