Injury During Cycle and Need Advice

Hey guys,

I am a first time user 3 weeks into a 12 week Test Cyp only cycle at 500 mg per week. I had a inguinal hernia for months that never really bothered me until lately. I have to cut the cycle short and get surgery. If I can't train hard and heavy there is no point in using this stuff. I'd rather save the rest for when I'm full healthy. I need advice or recommendations on whether or not PCT is necessary and when to start. I have clomid and nolva and I have been taking 1 mg Arimidex e3d during the short 3 week cycle. I have had virtually zero side effects and loved every minute of the cycle. I'm pretty upset about having to cut it short but there is no option.

Please help me out if you can. Thanks.
 
Ok, so you think wait 2 weeks and go clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/20/20/20 or should I start ASAP?

I'm pissed I should have gotten the surgery months ago. I was just starting to feel the cyp kick in.
 
2 weeks.. I got a fucked up tendon in my forearm on my second cycle. for over a month icouldn't even lift milk without it causing pain for the rest of the day.. I stayed on cycle tho... I forget what my excuse to stay on was but if I don't remember why it couldn't have been a good 1

I scheduled the surgery for 3 weeks from now, the earliest available time. I have decided to continue running the test and working out in higher rep ranges with light-moderate weights since it doesn't bother the hernia. I appreciate the advice. Honestly I was compelled by the study I read on this website about males 18-35 who were put on either 300 mg or 600 mg test for 16 weeks with NO weight training and gained anywhere from 11-17 lbs of fat free mass (muscle).

My current stats are:
27 years old
6'0"
195 lbs
9-10% bodyfat (had it professionally measured in the BodPod prior to competition 2 weeks ago at 7.5% so I estimate I'm around 9-10% based on post competition gain from eating) <-- I do Men's Physique in the NPC... Don't laugh

So far at 3.5 weeks into the test cyp I feel it kicking in. It's hard to describe the feeling other than an intense push while lifting. The ability to continue the set beyond what used to be failure. An overwhelming urge and desire to go heavier (but I can't because of the hernia). Faster recovery between sets and between workouts. Sex drive is increasing rapidly. Vascularity appears to be increasing.
