How about posting your favorite inspirational quote. KEEP us all motivated!
Here is mine, I try to live by this. I learned it while studying Isshinryu Karate. Read it slowly.

It was very difficult and it is still something with which I struggle daily.

It really means the world to me and my dad would get a kick out of it that his name and memory was recognized by people "globally" that he didn't even know.
