Instant oatmeal?

GGet the the pure quaker oats bro cause this shit has to much sugardont get nothing instant period and then no worries

If you can find them try steel cut oats. They are the least processed of all the oats and I like them because they are not pasty and mushy. Down side is they are more expensive and you have to cook them at least 45 min. I cook a big pot at night that will last for 4-5 days and then nuke what I need durring the day. My wife hates reg oatmeal but loves the steel cut oats.

There's only 1g of sugar in them for those who say there's alot of sugar. What I'm asking is if someone by reading the label can tell me if the product would be good or bad to include in your diet. I understand it's processed but it has some nutrients in it.

Steel oats are the least processed oats...and the best to eat for nutritional value.

Regular oatmeal, (rolled oats) is the most basic type of oatmeal that you can find. They cook in a few minutes and have a chewy texture.

Quick cooking oats have have been chopped, they cook faster & have a finer texture than reg oats.

Instant oatmeal is finer than quick cooking oats. (and the most processed of all)
and most flavored kind has a high sugar content.

So basically, u want to try and eat the less processed to get the most nutrition out of it.

Drat, and double drat :bawling:

Ive always known this, but the maple n brown sugar oats are just sooo ofreaking good :69:

I go with quick oats. I do not need a blender, I can just throw some in a shaker and drink away. Quick, cheap, and easy

I've eaten steel, regular, and the minute kind. Save your money. Buy the regular or minute kind. They have more fiber too:)

i blend steel cut oats into a powder, so i can just drink them when needed or add them to fruit and or protein shakes. you can also cook them, makes for a fine grained oatmeal haha
