Is 810lb leg press good?

a condenseing machine - when your legs get too big, you press them into smaller packages so its easier to walk, run, swim, etc.

I was pushing 750 on leg press when I was 16 before i realized it will stunt my growth and went down about 300 pounds for more sets

These leg press numbers you guys are talking about, is this the leg press where you are laying back and pushing free weights up and down on a slide?

Cause Ive seen a few other leg press machines that you just sit down in a seat sitting up and push this huge pad away from you

This is the one Im talking about

I can barely put only alil over 300lbs on that and do reps, but on the slide I can do 500lbs for reps I know weak legs :flipoffha

that is a picture of the hammer strength leg press. the mechanics of that one are completely different than a 45 degree sled type leg press, which explains the huge difference in weights you are able to use.

whether an 810 pound leg press is "good" or not is a pretty loaded question. how much do you weigh? whats your range of motion? is this a PR or for reps? has your performance improved at all? etc. these are rhetorical, of course.
