IS aminogen worth taking??

Hey, just ordered some more protein from true protein and had them add the aminogen. I was curious who all thought it helped and who thought it was a waist of $$???
i remember taking it a long time ago from gnc but my training and diet weren't right, so can't judge how it worked back then.
