Just get your diet in check. Don't starve yourself and eat lots of protein. And start doing cardio. I'm not very good at cardio, but find something that you enjoy. I used to at least take my daughter rollerblading on Saturday mornings, but we haven't done that for a good while now. Maybe I'll do that with her next weekend.
